Overview
This product is developed by absorbing foreign technology and combining with the actual situation in China. The whole product has the characteristics of small size, easy installation and maintenance, low noise, low loss, anti-theft, strong overload capacity, and full protection. It is suitable for new residential areas, green belts, parks, station hotels, construction sites, airports and other places.
ZGS series pre-installed box-type substations (American style), suitable for 10kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system, as substation metering, compensation control and protection devices.
This product complies with the following standards;
GB/T17467-1998 "High Voltage and Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation"
DL/T537-93 "Technical Conditions for Ordering of 6-35kV Box-type Substation"
Use environment
The altitude does not exceed 1000m;
●Ambient temperature: -35%C ~+40°C;
Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, the monthly average is not more than 90%;
●Installation place: no fire, explosion hazard, chemical corrosive gas and well-ventilated place, the ground inclination angle is not more than 3°.
Functions and Features
Fully insulated, fully sealed, maintenance-free, and reliable to ensure personal safety;
The structure is compact, the volume is only 1/3-1/5 of the European variable of the same capacity, and the height is low;
●The sub-box structure can be adopted to avoid the pollution of the oil in the transformer tank;
The high-voltage side adopts dual fuse full-range protection, which greatly reduces the cost;
●It can be used for ring network or terminal, and the cable head can be plugged and unplugged urgently when the load current is 200A;
The box body adopts honeycomb double-sandwich composite board, which has the function of heat insulation and heat dissipation;
The low-voltage side is equipped with an electronic phase loss protector, which can quickly disconnect the main input switch when abnormal voltage occurs in the system;
The high-voltage side oil-immersed load switch or SF6 load switch can be upgraded electrically, laying the foundation for the realization of distribution network automation;
●Using oil-immersed S9 or S11 series transformers with better performance.

skills requirement:
●For the dimensions, please refer to the actual size of the combination variable;
●The surface of the concrete platform should be flat, and the combined substation should be fixed on the platform by means of pressing plates; ●The type of grounding bar and cable fixing bracket can be determined according to the actual situation;
●Cable fixing frame and grounding row should be pre-buried;
The position of the cable hole for the incoming and outgoing wires is determined according to the specific situation;
After the combined transformer is installed, there must be a clearance of not less than 1.5m on the front of the switch to facilitate operation;
●The grounding grid can be made of 12 galvanized round steel or 40x4 galvanized flat copper, and the grounding resistance should meet the requirements of the power department.
