Overview

The switchgear has various functions to prevent misoperation, including preventing moving handcart with load, preventing live grounding switch and preventing class from entering live interval and other functions.

The switchgear is equipped with ZN85, VN1 vacuum circuit breakers with excellent performance or ABB company VD4, HD4 series vacuum pedal breakers. Switchgear is a power distribution equipment with stable performance, reasonable structure, convenient use, safety and reliability.

Structural features

The switchgear structure is designed according to the armored metal-enclosed switchgear standard in GB3906 2006 and IEC298. The whole is composed of two parts: the cabinet and the withdrawable part (handcart). The structure of the cabinet is assembled, which is formed by bolting and forming, and the interior of the switch cabinet is divided into the circuit breaker, the main busbar room, the power maintenance room and the relay instrument room with metal partitions. The protection level of the shell reaches IP3X, the protection level between each compartment is IP2X, the well and all metal structural parts are reliably grounded, and the compartment of the main circuit system has an independent exhaust pressure release channel.

Handcarts can be divided into circuit breaker handcarts, voltage transformer handcarts, metering handcarts, isolation handcarts, etc. according to their uses. There are test/isolation positions and working positions in the cabinet, and each position is provided with an interlock device to ensure that the handcart cannot be moved casually when it is in the above two positions.

Conditions of Use

●Ambient air temperature: maximum temperature +40~C. Minimum temperature -10°C;

●Altitude: ≤1000m;

The surrounding relative humidity: daily average ≤ 95%, monthly average ≤ 9096;

Ambient air: not suitable for places with corrosion, serious pollution, flammable gas and violent vibration;

●If there is an earthquake, the intensity of the earthquake cannot exceed magnitude 8.

Special use environmental conditions

When the switchgear is used under the normal environmental conditions that exceed the normal operating conditions specified in this manual, the company and the user can negotiate and reach an agreement on the special operating conditions that exceed the normal operating conditions. To prevent condensation, the switchgear is equipped with a heater. When the switchgear is in standby state, it should be put into use. Even in normal operation, attention should be paid to use.

The heat dissipation problem of the switch cabinet can be solved by additional ventilation facilities.
