To this end, the "Implementation Plan" proposes specific measures to improve the adaptability of the new power system to a high proportion of renewable energy. What pain points do these specific measures point to? Liu Shiyu, assistant to the president of the General Electric Power Planning and Design Institute, pointed out in an interview with a reporter from China Energy Media that the "Implementation Plan" has put forward practical and operable policy measures to solve the problems of insufficient flexibility and insufficient adjustment capacity of the power system.
